Is anyone else having this problem?

When I post a entry or even just a comment to someone else's entry,
I only have 15 icons to choose from instead of all of them.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Did you make sure you payed for your new month? If you have a paid account, I'm going to assume if you don't have auto payments, your account will revert to basic. That's the only thing I can think of.

I was gonna say the same. And yes, now that I look at her profile it says "plus account" instead of "paid account." That is indeed the problem.
