Thanks lovingservent. I was just about to type in your name, but thought it wise not to. I haven't talk to you in ages. I pray that everything is okay with you and that the Lord is blessing you. My internet is down for the moment. I am at the campus computer lab as we speak. Have you updated your journal lately? I will check it out the next time I am online. God bless.

P.S. Hi to everybody I know who I haven't chatted with in awhile.

Hi. Even though I don't know you. Thanks for the congratulations. Are you a regular on live journal or a newbie? Looking my journal, I think I need to update mines. Well, it won't be today, but maybe someday. It has been so long since I have been online, that I forgot how to greet people. So excuse me for the lack of memory. :) Welcome.

Good morning and Happy Sabbath!!

I was just wandering though LJ looking for more Adventists and noticed this post. I was also married on October 14, 2005. :):) I hope both you and your husband are doing well!

Congratulations to you as well. We are doing well. Right now he is serving his country in Iraq, but he will be coming home for Christmas. I am overjoyed that he will be coming home for the Christmas holiday. So what did you two do for your 1st year anniversary? If you don't mind sharing.

I'm glad that your husband gets to come home for Christmas. :) My brother served in Iraq last year, so I understand a little about what it means to have someone in the services. I'll pray that he makes it home safely.

We didn't do too much for our 1st anniversary. We don't have much money, so we just exchanged a couple of small gifts and had a nice dinner. We aren't that big on celebrations. We didn't get to have a honeymoon after our wedding, so we're hoping to do that sometime in the next year or two before we have kids.

Are you doing anything big for Christmas since your hubby will be home? We might have a couple friends in town to visit with, but we're just going to spend some quiet time together.
