Same thing happened to my cousin, who's parents died when he was a kid, and his uncle abused his trust and was able to take advantage of him.

it's very sad, but when a woman's husband dies, she becomes vulnerable to people who will take advantage of her, even family. I know a friend this happened to. Actually, it was even worse. my husband had a friend who is an attorney, and when my husband died, his friend said he would do any thing legal for me free of charge, as a gift to my husband. I am so thankful, and I have had to have his help on several occasions. I have seen families torn apart over money, but I'm glad to know there really are some people you can trust. But often, they're not your family. Good for you, for studying in your classes, now you see there is a reason for it! perhaps you will become a lawyer, like Shirin Ebadi.

It is always difficult to select a good laywer you almost need to be a laywer yourself... such cases of abuse are very common everywhere not only in Amol!
