Today is technically day one of my diet, excepting that I had already organised dinner with my rolepayers, and so I'm just going to ignore the diet for this evening and get back on with it tomorrow. I guess I could have postponed it another day, but starting on a Monday just seems more even.
The diet works as follows, each day I will eat 4 meals with a specific Protien Fat Carb breakdown (roughly 45% 45% 15% by weight) with all of my carbs coming from vegetables, and a reasonable mix of mono, poly, and saturated fats. Otherwise I'm fairly free to eat what I want, aiming for a certain number of kJ per meal.
Today's meals were
3 eggs, 2 cups spinach, 2 cups red capsicum for breakfast.
150g Tuna (the John West in olive oil variety)
1 cup tomato
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup avocado
15 ml olive oil and some vinegar.
I'm also taking some supplements which I will talk about at a later stage.
