Progress - week 1

Had a minor setback last night. I ate more protein in my evening meal than I should have.
Pesky tasty prawns.

Oh well, of things to overeat on, protein is the least concerning, especially since I didn't take my creatine and BCAAs on the weekend...

Anyway, Since I stopped the stimulants I haven't felt particularly ill, but I also haven't done the level of exercise I was doing while feeling ill. Will see how I cope with BJJ this week.
