So, Saturday was my Carb re-feed day.
I had a couple of bowls of Crunchy Nut cereal (the one with clusters) and thickened cream.
Nutri grain is still better.
I was going to have some Krispy Kreme donuts, but the honey comes off the Cruncy nut stuff into the cream, and I was about to die from sugar overload.
I had some chinese for lunch, roast pork and vegetables and special fried rice.
Dinner was Pizza, a woodfired gourmet Marinara thingy.
Having had a chance to store up some of the glycogen and water I had lost initially, I should now have a decent picture of how much I have actually lost so far.
two weeks ago: 116.8 kg 38.8% BF
this morning: 114.1 kg 37.0% BF
so, almost 3 kg and 2% BF in two weeks.
Remains to be seen if that level of loss will be maintained...
