There kind of wasn't a real good guy or bad guy in WWI. The war itself was the bad guy, horrible unnecessary clusterfuck that it was.

Also, WW4? Did WW3 happen while I was sleeping?

Also, I don't glom on to every book rec famous people tell me to read, but I'm adding this one to the wish list. Because a. It tells the story from a different approach (and one I probably will agree with), and b. Paul actually knows what he's talking about.
