Good news? Bad news? I'm not quite sure yet. The concept must have been good otherwise Paul wouldn't have done it, I guess. Let's hope he hadn't had to sign up for seven years!
I still think it's all related to selling Passchendaele via increasing his profile with the US market - he's just picked the highest profile thing he was offered. Quality is optional.
In truth, I think I'll be taking a back-seat with this one, and not really commenting on the whole thing.
As we haven't seen a second of this it way be high quality or it may be total rubbish...but we don't know yet so why are you so down on this? Not meant as a critisism but rather as a genuine question? Just because it's an American series it doesn't mean that it has to be awful -they make lots of good stuff too- or that he has 'sold out' (remember DS was a US netwosk programme and we wouldn't have wanted to miss out on that)so genuinely curios.
As long as there is not projectile vomiting, I am willing to keep an open mind. (still traumatized from my 17th birthday trip to the movies. hee!)
I've had only vague awareness about this show so far, but when I just did a quick search, I saw a hit that siad that there might be an all musical episode. I am sure Paul could handle that. article here
