Well, it was a great weekend. Œþelland came together and we lounged around and had some great discussion over where we are and where we want to be and when.  Operational planning is a critical must, I don't care if it's a book club, a college course, a kindred, or a theod...  if you do not meet and periodically engage everyone in the operational
