I cast my vote for President Bush this morning. I arrived before the polls opened at 7:00 AM. The line appeared long but moved quickly and I was out in 10 minutes.
We voted as well. I was surprised at the voter turn out though. A LOT more people then normal for our small rural town. It was good to see everyone actually taking time to go vote.
Not surprisingly, I voted for Michael Badnarik. And, somehow, I was able to convince my Democratic grandmother to vote for Mr. Badnarik as well, which surprised me as I hadn't tried very hard to convince her. My main focus with her was to make sure she was aware of all six mainstream candidates: Bush, Kerry, Nader, Badnarik, Cobb, and Peroutka.
This was her first election in years...perhaps in my entire life.
