School was much better today. SS and english sucked and were possibly the most boring double block this year. But other than that it was great. I'm in a way better mood. Yesterday I was really happy... I joined town band. Then I got sad that night for various reasons. I'm gunna start doing a lot of stuff with music... Hmm lax was interesting. He kept us an extra 40 minutes past five. It made me mad. We did more lunges... and i actually heard my quads make poping sounds. Maybing i imagined the sound but i definately felt it. My legs are dead again. We are out on the field though. And woodwind sectional today was a waste of time. Ok well lacrosse started. and the coach has decided to do heavy conditioning because we were out of shape last year. So lots of long-distance running, sprinting, lung-ing (?), and pain.
