My problem

As many of you may know, I've been having some serious problems with chronic insomnia lately. Now, having difficulty sleeping has been a problem throughout my life, or at least so far back as when my family first moved to Texas ( Read more... )

You should look into any sleep clinics in the area that specialize in situations like yours. To at least get any idea of -what- is wrong~. :x *hug*

My only advice is that you should put yourself on an incredibly strict schedule and stick to it as closely as possible. Eating, sleeping, going to the bathroom, all on a set schedule. I know this sounds stupid, but regulating yourself like this will help your body know when it's time to go and when it's time to sleep.

Falling over like that hints that it's not just insomnia. The clinic should do something about it.

But the thought occurs.. if this started after moving to texas, maybe try taking a break out of state and seeing if a change of scenery helps?
