okay... I'm getting really frustrated here. i have done so much to my hair to get it to be blonde. and still, its not. i can't even really call it dirty blonde, and i dyed it lightest ash blonde this time. im sorry, but my hair is still red. grr.. i do not want to spend a hundred bucks to be blonde, and have to spend that every 2 months to

Im a guru with hair... maybe I could help?....
Kind of a pay back for the whole being able to see Riss thing...
And heres a suggestion, just put a lot of blonde highlights in (Bleach) If you do it right and use the right conditioner it really doesnt damage the hair like everyone says it does

i can just use straight bleach to streak it? hmm.. kay. should i wait afew days sisnce i just dyed it?

lol yep, just straight bleach. If you want streaks all throughout your hair, put the bleach in in layers... like put up the rest of your hair cept for the bottom... bleach what you want, let it color and then wash it out, then move on the the nest section of hair, it prevents the bleach from going where you reallt DONT want it to go
