I bought a Thermaltake BlacX a while back. I should pick up a 1.5 TB hard
disk and see how well it works. I may throw in an eSATA controller card to
see how well that works.

What in gods name are you storing?!

I download quite a bit of... material and still have 120 gigs of a 500 gig drive left. Although I have though of building a cheap RAID 5 box, just for data safety and recovery.

Believe it or not, no! I've recently started downloading whole runs of TV series in 720p or higher.

I have 200GB of just comic CBRs, to boot.
