I attempted to install Microsoft update in February. After downloading
the updates my computer crashed. When I tried to reboot I was stuck
on the page that asks you to select how you want to reboot. Every time
I selected normal it started to reboot and brought me back to the same
page. I couldn't get out of it. I had to have my computer reformatted.
I hope you have better luck then I did.
