HOME SWEET HOME.

Finally back from my KL trip!

I missed my bed, I missed my family, I missed my dog, I missed LEE JUNHO... *cough cough, went off topic*
It was my first time away from my family with my friend, Debbie, on a trip to see SUPER JUNIOR.
Of course, it was an exciting experience and the organizers are really great people!
And, I hope to go again!

Here's the breakdown of my days spent there.

On the first day, we arrived in KL and checked into the hotel.
Then we were free to shop and do whatever we wanted.
But, there was also another option which was to go to Super Junior's hotel which was located just 10 mins away from our hotel.
We decided to go do that since we're already here and it is a once in a life time opportunity.
But, we ended up shopping and passed the time to go to the hotel.
So, we decided to grab some food while dropping by the hotel to see if we're lucky.
And, as we were reaching the hotel... We heard police sirens going off and cars speeding towards the hotel.
So, WE RAN FOR OUR LIVES TOWARDS THE HOTEL.
True enough, SUPER JUNIOR STEPPED OUT OF THE VAN at the back entrance of the hotel.
We were so high we just kept standing there.
Super Junior's bodyguards are the best. They told us that SUJU will be down in 20 mins and we waited.
They even got some van to get lost because it was blocking our view.
AWW!
So, after 20 mins of waiting, SUJU appeared! Everyone screamed and I was so elated that I was within 20cm of DONG HAE. I could almost run and hug him if he agreed to it. HAHA! *wishful thinking*
After all of them left to go rehearse, we headed off to grab a bite.

On the second day, we headed to Berjaya Times Square to find this KPOP shop.
Which we located after a few levels.
IT WAS PACKED.
Debbie wanted to get the Lee Teuk packaged snack but a psycho fan with really fast hand movements beat her to it. *Stupid psycho fan.*
Anyway, we pushed our way into the shop and we managed to walk (with difficulty) around that incredibly small but bountiful KPOP shop. We finally found a place in the shop that sold... CLOTHING BRANDS THAT KPOP CELEBRITIES ENDORSED. I WAS ELATED.
I grabbed the first thing I saw which was the pullover that Junho wore during his 'Bo Peep Bo Peep' performance at last year's SBS Gayo Daejun. BUT, it was in YELLOW. Which meant that it was Wooyoung's. I searched high and low for a purple one, but there wasn't any. I found a red one and passed it to Debbie because, Dae Sung wore it before. As we were nearing the cashier, we asked the auntie if it was the real deal, just to be sure. Sadly, it wasn't. So, we decided not to get it.
Debbie was pretty upset about the whole thing but she had a principle to stick to so KUDOS TO DEBBIE! DAE SUNG WILL BE SO PROUD! :3
However, I found a real BANC jacket that Jae Beom has and swiped it as soon as my hands touched it.
After that whole squeezing and shoving, we finally got out of the shop and left the mall.
We headed back to the hotel to gather and head to the stadium.
When we arrived at the stadium... DUDE... IT WAS LIKE A GATHERING OF THOUSANDS. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY PEOPLE GATHERED AT ONE PLACE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
Anyway, we went to queue at our area so that we could get in early.
Debbie left with her cousin and didn't come back for a long time and I got really pissed with her.
But, of course, she explained her situation and I totally understand the need for her to be away.
So, relax Debbie, I understand!
During my course of being pissed, I called home to rant about it. And, my sister told me my results had come in. I told her to open it and let me know and THANK GOD, it was good news!
So after the stadium security told us that it was almost time to go in, we all gathered in excitement.
Then came the shitass part. No umbrellas, waterbottle, cameras were allowed into the stadium and had to be put in the lost and found area WHICH HAD NOBODY THERE TO LOOK AFTER THE THINGS.
I was dead pissed about it. DUDE, IN CASE YOU DON'T REALIZE, THIS IS NOT A SAFE THING TO DO. IF ANYONE SHOULD LOSE THEIR THINGS, ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THEM?!
Thankfully, they were a slacking bunch so they didn't throughly check people's bags. They totally skipped me.
HAHA, SUCKERS.
But during that whole situation, I got a little edgy and super snappy because my camera couldn't be hidden. Everyone had theirs hidden while mine was pretty much free for all. So, I snapped at Debbie because she had hers hidden well within another girl's hat. I was 90% pissed with the girl who refused to help me and 10% pissed with Debbie who already had hers hidden. Debbie did try to help me but at that time, urgency and anxiousness pushed me to the edge and I just snapped.
Luckily, the auntie behind me had a huge bag filled with concert merchandises and I could throw my camera in. They checked that bag too but gave it a green light.
And I had to admit that after my camera was safe, my brain registered my anger with Debbie and I gave her attitude. I really didn't mean to do that but because I found someone else to help me, I pretty much ignored the fact that Debbie did try to help me earlier, even by asking that annoying selfish girl.
And for that, SORRY DEBBIE! :(
After a tiring 4 hour wait, we finally went into the stadium, only to wait another 1 hour which was filled with horrible opening acts and useless advertisements from the sponsors. Not to mention, the tech crew for the concert are a bunch of HORRENDOUSLY TRAINED TECHNICIANS! DID THEY GET THE JOB WITH A 'D' GRADE CERT?! THEY TOTALLY RUINED THE CONCERT EXPERIENCE! THEY ENDANGERED EUN HYUK'S LIFE AND PRETTY MUCH ALL OF THE BOYS' LIFE WITH THEIR SPEEDING LIGHT LIFTERS. Although the boys are trained in jumping up from lifters whatsoever... it still isn't right to make it so fast!
The concert was an overall AWESOME but the first 20-30 minutes of the concert made me worried and close to tears. My dearest oppa, Ye Sung, was not feeling well and hasn't recovered from what seems to me like a throat infection. After singing a first few lines, I saw him walking slowly around the ENORMOUS STAGE and he was touching his throat as if he was trying to soothe it. I could see that he was feeling uncomfortable and it was worrying me so much because I thought he would faint on the spot! And during one song, Hyukkie just had to disturb oppa and it made him pissed. I agree with oppa getting pissed. He is already sick and yet nobody seems to bother that he is sick. ARGH.
But, oppa is a passionate performer. Even though he knows that he is not feeling well, he still puts on a show for everyone. Even though he couldn't hit the notes like he always does and hold the notes like he always can, oppa didn't give up. He knew he had to perform, he knew he still had to continue to make other people happy. Oppa, hwaiting!
After the concert, I lost my voice and I was totally exhausted.
We reached the hotel at 12 midnight and we were all hungry! Debbie decided to order room service and I agreed. We ate and chat before bidding each other good night.

The third day was the day we went back home with unforgettable memories from the first two days.

All in all, I had the greatest time on this trip and thank you Debbie for helping me to create unforgettable memories! (Excluding the snapping at you and pissed with you thing)
For Super Show 3, let's go together again, ok?

Cheerio for now!
