Let's talk about how I got harassed last night. How old are we, really? I shouldn't have told anyone, I screwed up, but I NEVER said anything that wasn't true. I'm not into that. Besides, that was many months ago. How about we grow up and act like the adults we're SUPPOSED to be? Part of life is living with the people you don't like and at least ( Read more... )

Clearly I'm going to defend one of my BFFs, especially in a situation like this. However, to be civil, since that's something you want, can you at least consider that there's a huge problem if you say something that you think is true, and she says that same thing isn't true?

If there are two different truths out there about something important, it's really necessary to reconcile them because they could cause more problems than just gossip or people being uncivil. Do you see what I'm saying? At the root of this, a serious truth was communicated in two different ways, and it's just terrible, in general, because I'm scared it could have weird psychological/emotional repercussions.

Actually, if you could come talk to me sometime, that'd be good. I promise I won't be a bitch, but I'm really worried that this is going to last all year, that nothing will be resolved, that everything will deteriorate into pettiness without solving the Serious thing.

I would really like to talk to you, I don't want my beef with one person to translate into beef with many people. Especially people who(m)? I really respect.

I also don't want something that actually happened last year to last all of this year either. That climate doesn't need to exist in social settings, and I want it to be resolved.

So let's chat:)
