Will someone please tell me why I didn't minor in Art History because clearly I'm in love with it. And have a huge professor crush on Rhodes and I'm not ashamed. So proper, but crunchy... and brilliant. Mmm, sexy

I realized the same thing re: Art History at almost this exact time last year and had just taken my first Art History class that year. I'm graduating with a minor. It's only five classes, which is entirely doable, and hella fun. (Yeah, I said hella. It is.) Do it!
hmm should I be jealous of this Rhodes character? I can't even compete, the crunchiest granola thing I own are birk clogs....hehe, winkyface. I would give my right leg to go to Northwestern, but I'm pretty sure that my gpa won't get me in, at least not with a scholarship. Aaand i'm pretty much married to the east coast. Besides, you can just run off with your granola right? lol. looove you!
I mentioned the idea to a friend of mine today that college should be 5-6 years. The first 4 are the ones during which you earn your degree, then the last year (or two years) you go to school part time taking fun classes and get a part time job in your field. I think it would make a nice transition-y phase, but only if people could get jobs where they're already going to school. (Basically, I'm already upset that Hollins is going to kick me out in less than 2.5 years.)
