What you can do, is edit the pic in paint. On the toolbar where it says "Image", click and it should say "stretch/skew" about two things down. Just do that, and where the dimensions say 100 100 on the horizontal and vertical things, type in 25 and 25. Save it like that, load it onto whatever hosting site you use, and tada, you have perfect sized peektures ^_^.
