Yes! Apparently calling the rental agency a 2nd time this morning and gushing over how perfect the place would be for me worked. I got a call back just now and am viewing the house tomorrow morning at 11am. *crosses fingers* I'm already sick of looking for a new home. I hope this is the one.

I've even already filled out the application, copied my pay stub, got a letter from our HR department stating that I've been promoted and my new salary band is x and that salary negotiations are still happening but that the minimum salary I will get is x, and done everything else I can to prove that I, alone, can afford the house. I'm a little worried about katie not being here to fill out an application...

But, if I have all this stuff on hand at the viewing, if I like it I can hand it over to show that I mean business and I'll do whatever I can to get it. I *will* live 4 blocks from you.
