Present time: The Day of the Draw, part 1
When the manager-hyungs told all Super Junior that there’ll be an award event in less than a week and there is a very high possibility for Super Junior to win one or two of the awards available, Super Junior’s peaceful dorm suddenly breaks into chaos. Starting with Siwon’s arrival very early in the morning where he directly goes straight to sit on one of two single sofas available in the dorm’s living room after Hankyung let him in.
“Hyung, where’s Hyukjae-hyung?” Siwon asks Hankyung.
“He’s gone to studio with Shindong and Donghae to practice their dancing like always.” Hankyung answers while walking back to the couch where he was sitting on before Siwon came. Heechul is sitting there too with sleepy looks. Once Hankyung settles himself back besides him, Heechul quickly moves to put his head on Hankyung’s lap.
“Good. Then we can start. Anyway, since I believe God is always with me, I’m sure I’ll win this one too for sure.” Siwon says smugly, knowing that everyone will understand what he means with ‘this one’, while trying to arrange his long legs to gain better position.
“You’ve won what? Five… or is it six times already?” Yesung pouts behind his mug of coffee. “Give us a break, Siwonnie.”
“But Hyung, it’s not my fault that God likes me better than you.” Siwon says defensively and folds his hands on his chest.
“Yeah, I bet God will be very thrilled when you use His blessing as a chance to grope and molest a pure and unsuspecting boy while pretending to comfort him, Hyung.” Kyuhyun who just walks in hand in hand with Ryeowook is suddenly butting into the conversation with his trademark sarcasm.
Ryeowook giggles when Siwon opens and closes his mouth and his eyebrows are all up and he looks very shocked. “I am not groping and molesting him!” Siwon squeals. “It’s just that… he feels so nice when I hug him and his sobs are so cute.”
Kyuhyun rolls his eyes when he sees Siwon’s expression turns dreamy.
“Oh, Siwonnie!” Sungmin chirps. “You describe it so well! I think I couldn’t agree more! He feels so good in my arms. Just like my bunny!” Sungmin lifts his bunny doll up in the air as if trying to emphasize his words.
In the corner of the room, on the chair in front of the computer, Kibum presses the pause button to his Star Craft and nods his agreement to what Siwon and Sungmin has just said. He’s not too sure about the bunny part though.
“Yah, Kyuhyun-ah!” Kangin yells from somewhere around the kitchen where he’s currently helping Eeteuk prepares some breakfast. “We’re not groping or molesting anyone. Don’t make Teukie-hyung here misunderstands! If there’s anyone whose hobby is groping or molesting someone in this dorm, it’s you.”
Ryeowook blushes and stutters when everyone in the room seems to agree with Kangin and throws a look towards him, “Wh…. Kyuhyunnie doesn’t molest me!” Then Ryeowook glances shyly towards Kyuhyun whose smiles now is all smug and unperturbed. “Besides, Kyuhyunnie is nice when I’m not being naughty.”
Everyone who’s watching those two feels a little shudder because suddenly all they can think of is how Ryeowook looks a lot like a little innocent lamb and how much Kyuhyun resembles a big bad wolf.
Poor Wookie, is what everyone has in mind as they turn their attention somewhere else before disturbing imagination about how Kyuhyun is nice to Ryeowook starts entering their mind.

A few years ago: The Formation, The Beginning
It’s the morning after they won their first award; almost all members were still sleeping on their own bed since they went to sleep very late last night, celebrating their victory by drinking and eating tons of their favorite samgyeupsal. But four of them were already awake and were sitting around the dining table.
Siwon (who spent the night before at the dorm), Sungmin, Yesung, and Kibum (the three members who always wakes up early) were eating their breakfast when Siwon suddenly said in a serious tone, “Sungmin-hyung and I have talked last night and we’ve come up with a very good idea.”
Sungmin nodded excitedly besides Siwon. “It’s a very great idea, you guys! Siwonnie is soooo genius!”
Yesung stopped stirring his coffee to look up at his two dongsaeng with curious gaze. Kibum didn’t say anything, only poured more hot sauce to his plate. But Siwon knew Kibum long enough to know that when Kibum doesn’t pay attention, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t listen. And Siwon could tell that he was curious as well.
“You know how Hyukjae-hyung cries so much after we’ve won the award yesterday, right?” Siwon asked with a grin.
Yesung nodded. Kibum spooned some scrambled eggs on his plate and eat it in a mouthful.
“Yes. He cried and he cried and he cried. Oh, Hyukkie was so cute last night!” Sungmin squealed.
Siwon waited patiently until Sungmin finish his flails before continued. “You saw me comforting him last night, right? I mean, not only on the stage but also at the restaurant.”
Yesung nodded again, this time while sipping his coffee. Kibum carefully cut a baked potato before slipping it into his mouth.
“Well, let me tell you something. Hyukjae-hyung is very compliant when he cries. I mean, I can swear he never let me hug or touch or hold him as much as I did last night.” Siwon sighed when he remembered how cute Hyukjae-hyung was when he embraced him inside his arms last night.
“It’s true, Siwonnie. I was so jealous of you last night.” Sungmin pouted.
Yesung gave Siwon a not so subtle glare, tried to show that he felt the same as Sungmin. Kibum’s brow was furrowed and he suddenly stabbed menacingly at a piece of sausage with his fork.
Siwon glanced nervously at Kibum’s fork before continued. “Okay, okay. I admit I was too selfish last night. I understand that everyone here adores Hyukjae-hyung as much as I do. That’s why Sungmin-hyung and I had decided to form a group to solve this problem.”
“What group?” Yesung asked.
“Well, you see, I bet Hyukjae-hyung will always cry if we get an award. He’s just so cute like that. That’s why, in this group, every time we’ll have an award event to attend, we’ll make a draw a few days before to decide who has the right to have the same privilege as I had last night. That way, everyone will have equal opportunities to comfort the cute and crying Hyukjae-hyung.” Siwon finished his explanation with a satisfied clap.
“See? See? I told you it is a very brilliant idea! I immediately agreed to join the group because if I win then I can hug our adorable Hyukkie as much as I want to!” Sungmin said happily.
“So,” Siwon leaned forward on the table and grinned. “Want to join us?”
A hand holding a glass of coffee and another hand grabbing a fork were quickly raised up in the air.
“I’m in.” Yesung and Kibum said in unity.
Siwon and Sungmin exchanged a satisfied glance.
“Count me in too.” Suddenly Kangin’s voice heard.
All four boys turned their heads towards Kangin who was standing at the doorway with a sleepy look.
“What?” Kangin said when four pair of eyes was looking at him as if he was crazy. “You all know that Hyukjae is my favorite dongsaeng. I just want to have a chance to comfort him as well.”
“But Hyung,” Siwon said. “Eeteuk-hyung will skin you alive if he knows.”
Kangin walked nearing the table so everyone can see his threatening glare clearly. “That’s why; none of you can say anything that will make Eeteuk know this. Understand?”
Everyone quickly nodded their heads at that and Kangin grinned.
“Good.” Kangin said. “I was just on my way back from the bathroom when I heard you guys. So now I’ll go back to sleep. You guys carry on and give me the detail later.” And then he was gone.
All four boys just looked at each other before finally shrugged and continued discussing their plan. It couldn’t be helped anyway.
It’s not their fault that a few days later Eeteuk found out about it when he caught five of them having one of their secret group strategy meetings in Yesung’s room.
Siwon, Sungmin, Yesung, and Kibum, huddled together on Yesung’s bed, were just staring amusedly when Kangin tried his best to give explanation to Eeteuk (“Hyung, it’s not like what you think.” and “But I’m just trying to be a good Hyung like you are.” and “No! I won’t try anything funny like that!” and “How can you say that? You know I only love you!”).
At the end Eeteuk gave his blessing to the formation of the group and, reluctantly, to Kangin’s membership because Hyukjae indeed needs someone to comfort him since I’ll be too busy crying with him too.
Although, later that night, all Eeteuk’s dongsaengs could hear Kangin kept grumbling and complaining about how this fucking couch is so fucking uncomfortable and I fucking bet I’ll get my fucking neck craned when I wake up tomorrow and How can he threw me out of the room just like that!

Some time in the past: The Group Name
“I don’t have time to care about what our group’s name will be. I’ll just leave it to you guys.” Kangin said when Siwon and Sungmin asked his opinion on the group’s name.
When Siwon and Sungmin asked Kibum, he just stared at them blankly and shrugged before resuming played his StarCraft game.
“Ah, I’m glad you are asking my opinion on this.” Yesung said happily when Siwon and Sungmin moved on to ask him. “Hmm. Let’s see…. How about this: ‘Lee Hyukjae group’? It sounds so simple and elegant, don’t you think?”
Siwon and Sungmin rolled their eyes while thinking that this kind of boring stuff must be the one that caused Yesung-hyung’s part to be cut so often when he appeared on TV Shows.
“I think we need to take this matter into our own hands, Sungmin-hyung.” Siwon said in a serious and concerned voice, as they finally made it to escape from series of Yesung’s horrendous name suggestions.
Sungmin nodded sadly from behind the bunny doll he was hugging, agreeing to Siwon’s words.
“Okay. Then here’s my opinion. Isn’t Hyukjae-hyung’s innocence and purity is one of the reasons why we formed the group? We are his knights in shining armor, Hyung!” Siwon exclaimed gallantly with gleaming eyes. “So let’s name this group: ‘Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors’!”
Sungmin wrinkled his nose and said, “Eeww, Siwonnie! That name is so not cute! I refuse!”
Ignoring Siwon’s offended expression, Sungmin continued. “Since Hyukkie is as cute as my cutie bunny here, I recommend ‘Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny!’ as our group name.” Then he nodded, felt satisfied at his own recommendation.
“But, Hyung…,” Siwon started to show the first phase of his infamous tantrum. “That whatever Bunny name is not cool at all! I object!”
Sungmin snorted and put one of his hands that wasn’t holding the bunny on his hips. “Who needs cool when you can be cute?”
By that time, Siwon was already in his full mode of throwing tantrum. “Ah, Hyung! Why are you like this?!”
In the corner of the room, Kibum reluctantly looked up from the computer and sighed at the sight of his two hyungs quarreling. He always thinks that words are often overrated and he finds talking is too much of a trouble. But he realized that he had no choice this time because if he wouldn’t do something about these two then he would never be able to play his game peacefully. Besides, Siwon-hyung (whose height is more than six feet with buff muscles and all that) was starting to look very disturbing to Kibum when he was throwing his tantrum like that. And he could also saw Sungmin-hyung started to hold his bunny doll in a very dangerous way.
“Hyungs!” Kibum interrupted in his heavy voice. Siwon and Sungmin paused to look at him because it was very rare that Kibum actually talk.
“Why don’t we just use both?” Kibum said.
Siwon and Sungmin thought about it for a while and glanced at each other. Well, Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group indeed sounds like a pretty decent name, though it’s a bit long. But they grinned anyway and both of them moved together to hug Kibum and thanked him for suggesting such a great group name before leaving him behind to inform this happy news to the rest of the group’s members.
Kibum smiled happily because now he could play his game without any disturbance.
By the time Kangin knew the official name of their group, it was already too late to do anything about it.

Some time in the past: The Right Tool
Five of them were in one of their secret meetings again. This time it was in Sungmin’s room.
“What are we going to use to do the draw?” Yesung asked.
All members looked deep in thought for a while, searching their mind to find the most suitable thing that could answer Yesung’s question.
Suddenly Kangin clicked his fingers. “I know! Why don’t we use the same big dice that we used to use to play games when we filmed Full House with Anya and Eva?”
All members seemed pleased and agreed to Kangin’s idea.
“That’ll be very great, Kangin-ah! We can plaster our own face’s picture on each side of the dice! I have this awesome photo of myself in which I look more handsome than usual.” Yesung said happily.
But then Siwon said, “Wait a minute. Doesn’t every dice have 6 sides? Our group only has 5 members. What should we put on the 6th side?”
Siwon’s question made everyone ooh-ed and aah-ed in agreement and soon they were deep in thought again.
“I know!” Sungmin said excitedly. “Why don’t we ask one of the other of Super Junior members to join the group with us?”
The rest of the members looked at each other. Sungmin’s idea made sense, but somehow they had a feeling that it won’t be a good thing to do, considering how unpromising some of the other Super Junior’s members were. Besides, Siwon, Kibum, and Yesung thought that Kangin is already bringing enough trouble for them as it was. What if someone scarier like Heechul-hyung or Kyuhyunnie decides to join their group?
“Well,” Kangin shrugged. “We can always put my picture in two sides.”
Siwon, Kibum, and Yesung threw away their doubts and immediately voted for Sungmin’s idea instead.

Some time in the past: Prospecting the Sixth Member
1. Heechul.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Heechul if he wanted to join their group, Heechul wrinkled his nose. “Why would I want to join such ridiculous group just so I can adore someone who is not as pretty as me?”
All members rolled their eyes secretly at Heechul’s answer. Well, they’ve predicted this much anyway and they were glad that Heechul refused in the first place.
“Besides,” Heechul continues while smiling his infamous ssukso. “Hannie is enough for me.”
2. Hankyung.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Hankyung if he wanted to join their group, Hankyung looked panic and stuttered in his lousy Korean, “No! No! Heechul is already too much for me!”
All members understood his pain and took turns to pat him in the back before leaving him to find another.
3. Eeteuk.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Eeteuk if he wanted to join their group, Eeteuk answered in a strict voice, “I can’t join you guys because I love all members equally.”
When he saw Kangin’s face darkened dangerously at hearing his answer, Eeteuk quickly corrected his answer, “Well, of course I love Kangin more, but the point is, a leader is not supposed to take sides. So, you have to find someone else. Sorry.”
4. Donghae.
“Why can’t I join the group?” Donghae pouted and stomping one of his feet to the ground.
“Even without joining our group, you already glomps Hyukjae all the time, Hae.” Sungmin explained carefully because Donghae throwing a fit is not a good sight to see.
Donghae stopped stomping his foot and thought about it. Soon, he smiled cheerfully and said, “You’re so right, Minnie-hyung!”
All Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members sighed in relieve. But not for long.
“Ooh, ooh! I have a good idea! Why don’t you guys form another group called Donghae-For-The-Bunny! or another name which is as cute as that? That way, you can also glomp me anytime!” Donghae suggested excitedly.
All members exchanged worried glances at this suggestion; because how can they tell Donghae without sounding very wrong and very improper that they really don’t have to put that much effort just to be able to get a piece of him?
Thankfully, Eeteuk came bringing a freshly baked chocolate cake and saved the day.
“Ooh! Cake!” Donghae squealed and his attention suddenly averted. All members quickly used this chance to flee the room.
5. Kyuhyun.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members reluctantly asked Kyuhyun if he wanted to join their group, Kyuhyun just smiled and looked so amused that all members could feel themselves started to regret asking him.
“Sorry, guys. But Wookie is far more interesting to play with.” Kyuhyun said with eerie smile.
All five members can feel the hair on the back of their neck stood up as they watched Kyuhyun walked away. Siwon quickly prayed to God for Ryeowook’s safety.
6. Ryeowook
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Ryeowook if he wanted to join their group, Ryeowook’s eyes got bigger. He frantically beckoned five of them to move closer to him so they could hear his whisper. “Shush, guys! Keep your voice down!”
All members threw questioning glances to each other because they didn’t get why suddenly Ryeowook looked so scared and kept looking around nervously.
“What is it, Wookie?” Sungmin whispered back to Ryeowook while hugging his bunny tighter because suddenly he felt scared too.
“Listen, I can’t join you guys. Because if Kyuhyun knows then he’ll be very mad to me and then he’ll tie me up again just like last night when…”
“Oh, God. I really don’t need to hear this.” Kangin cuts Ryeowook’s explanation with a shudder and quickly ran away from the room to avoid further damage to his brain with the rest of the members on his tail.
7. Shindong.
“No thanks, I prefer boobs.” Shindong said simply, didn’t once let his gaze off the soccer game he was watching on TV, when Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members minus Kangin (since that morning Eeteuk dragged him away for groceries shopping) asked him if he wanted to join their group.
His answer made the four members fell into silent because -save for Kangin-hyung who clearly doesn’t prefer boobs (with Eeteuk-hyung being boobs-less and all)- it’s not like they don’t, you know, prefer boobs too.
Right?
Although all of Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group members agrees that Lee Hyukjae is much more adorable and cuter and huggable than any boobs they’ve ever seen (though-minus Kibum who claims that he had seen every possible forms of boobs when he went to all those beaches in US-it’s not like they’ve seen that much boobs).
Didn’t want to delve further into confusions of their sexuality, all four members agreed to just leave Shindong be.
The failure in gaining the sixth member brought them back to square one.
So they all didn’t think much and just agreed when Siwon suggested putting a paper that said ‘All members are allowed’ on the sixth side of the dice.
But apparently this idea was proven to be the source of chaos because one time, after the draw resulted in the appearance of that problematic sixth side on the top, the audience (excluding ELFs whose squeals and screams only got even louder) of the awards events where they had won the award was breaking into whispers and throwing them weird looks because all of Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group members were fighting amongst themselves to be the one who stood closer besides Hyukjae who had stopped crying and was also starting to look at them as if they had gone crazy.
The other Super Junior members (minus Eeteuk who glared at Kangin who was pushing Yesung aside in his effort to hug Hyukjae) found this very funny and couldn’t stop themselves from burst out laughing.
“We really need to think of another things to put on the sixth side of the dice because Siwon’s idea is definitely a crap and totally unacceptable!” Kangin said angrily and glared at Siwon who chose that time to act innocent.
The group meeting they were having was declared by Kangin as an emergency meeting because after what happened in that award event, their managers made sure five of them were punished severely (Kangin found out that being forced to write ‘I am very sorry and I promise I won’t cause ruckus on stage ever again’ 500 times on paper was really not a fun experience) and Eeteuk once again threw Kangin out of their room. It caused Kangin acted crankier than ever that Sungmin almost cried and moved to hide fearfully behind his bunny and Kibum.
Under Kangin’s glare, no one said anything until suddenly Kibum sighed and said, “Hyungs, Why don’t we just change the writing into ‘No members are allowed’?”
Kangin thought about it a bit before agreeing to Kibum’s idea and left them to persuade Eeteuk to allow him to sleep on their bed again.
Yesung, Siwon, and Sungmin gave Kibum a very tight group hugs to thank him for saving them from Kangin’s wrath.

Some time in the past: The Bribery
It was easy to ask most of the non-members to cooperate with Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group and made them promise to never ever tell Hyukjae about the group’s existence. Sungmin even succeeded in persuading a few of those non-members to made pinky promise.
Heechul said that I don’t care enough anyway about your stupid group so why would I bother myself to even talk about it?
Hankyung was really nice and very understanding and don’t worry, I won’t say a word. I wish you all good luck, guys while Sungmin made him do the pinky promise.
Eeteuk just glared and said that haven’t I given my blessings to you all? Please don’t give me more headaches by asking such stupid things like this.
Shindong just shrugged and nodded and obediently made the pinky promise when Sungmin asked him to before got back to watch the comedy show on the TV.
Kyuhyun just looked at them as if they were stupid because you guys look so amusing and it’s been too long since I found something as funny as this so what makes you think I’ll do something to ruin the fun?
Ryeowook, followed by group member’s groans, said that if Kyuhyunnie doesn’t tell Hyukkie then I won’t tell too because Kyuhyunnie will think that I’ve been very naughty if I do something he didn’t tell me to do. The group members quickly left Ryeowook alone, except for Sungmin who was still trying to persuade Ryeowook to make pinky promise.
You see? The group members didn’t even have to resort into using Kangin’s threat to make them agree (which they thought wouldn’t work anyway because all members that are actually afraid of Kangin are all included in the group and “No, Sungmin. You heard it yourself earlier that Wookie is only afraid of Kyuhyun.”).
It was all a piece of cake.
Except for when it was time to ask for Donghae’s cooperation.
“Why can’t I tell Hyukkie about this?” Donghae asked. His face looked disagreeing as he was staring at all of group members who were gathering around him. “I always tell Hyukkie everything. He is my best friend and best friends don’t keep secret so I really really don’t like this at all.” He folded his hands to his chest and pouted to emphasize his words.
In the end, all of Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members agreed to buy Donghae one Belgian chocolate cake he loves so much every day for a full week and a very expensive limited edition of The Mysterious Outer Space And What’s Out There photo book that Donghae had had eyes on for a very long time.
All members sighed in relieve when Donghae finally agreed to never ever say anything about the group to Hyukkie and he even made the pinky promise happily (“Oooh! I love doing pinky swear! Minnie-hyung, you’re so genius!”). Because all in all, it meant that Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group was all set to start the group activity.

Present Time: The Day of the Draw, part 2
Eeteuk finally comes out of the kitchen, carrying a big bowl full of fried rice; Kangin follows behind him with a plate of scrambled eggs on his hand.
“Why don’t you guys just get on with it already so then we all can have our breakfast in peace?” Eeteuk said while arranging the plates on the table.
Siwon leaps off his seat and rubs his palm excitedly before taking his place on the floor. “Eeteuk-hyung is right! I can’t wait to do this, too. Sungmin-hyung, why don’t you go and get the dice.”
“Okay!” Sungmin said happily and quickly goes to his room.
Kibum leaves his computer to sit beside Siwon and Yesung also takes his final sip of the coffee before putting it on the table next to the TV and joining Siwon and Kibum on the floor.
Kangin gives Eeteuk a kiss on the forehead and grins sheepishly when Eeteuk just glares at him taking a seat beside Yesung.
Heechul lifts his head to sit up next to Hankyung who puts down the book he is reading and both of them watches the little circle their Dongsaengs make on the floor below them with mild interests.
“I’m coming!” Sungmin finally bursts into the room with the big dice in his hand and quickly joins the circle, passing Kyuhyun who is leaning on the wall with his hands folded on his chest, watching everything that’s going on with amused smile and high anticipation. Ryeowook stands next to him.
When everyone’s set in their place, Eeteuk moves forward to stand behind Kangin. He accepts the dice Sungmin gives to him with a sigh. “I still don’t know why I agreed to be the one rolling this ridiculous dice in every stupid draw you guys having.”
“Teukie, stop complaining like old granny and just roll it already before Hyukjae comes home and these stupid people cause more chaos.” Heechul snipes.
“I’m hungry.” Hankyung mumbles besides him, subtly agreeing to what Heechul said.
Eeteuk glares at those two but finally prepares himself to roll the dice properly into the air. When he finally does so, ten pairs of eyes follow the dice makes a few turns in the air before finally goes down straight on to the floor in the middle of the group circle. After wiggles and shakes a bit, the dice finally halts into a full stop. Everyone stares down at the dice’s side that appears on top and suddenly the room breaks into a full chaos.
“So it’s his turn this time.” Hankyung nods and goes back to his reading, while beside him; Heechul is starting to laugh loudly and says, “Kibummie, well done! I’ve told you before that today is going to be your lucky day!”
Siwon stares at Kibum’s face on the dice in disbelief. “How can this be? I even purposefully went to the church before coming here to pray for my winning.”
Sungmin starts to break into sobs while hugging his bunny tighter. “Oh, bunny… we’ve lost again. What should we do…?”
Yesung is busy checking the dice up and down while frowning and mumbling to himself. “There must be something wrong with the dice. There must be. It should be my face that appears. It’s been so long since my last turn, dammit!”
Kangin turns to Eeteuk with unsatisfied grunt and says in a serious tone, “Teukie-hyung. You really start to get old. Your throw is getting weaker and weaker these days.”
Eeteuk just smacks him hard on the head to shut him up. Twice.
Siwon’s protest gets stronger because although he won the draw the last time, it was a bit disappointing because Hyukjae wasn’t crying. This award will be one they’ll receive after a long time so Siwon firmly believes that Hyukjae will cries, a lot, this time. “Ah! This won’t do! Let’s do a re-draw! I’m sure I’ll win it this time!”
“God… you guys are so pathetic.” Heechul mutters and rolls his eyes before gets up to have some breakfast with Hankyung dragged behind him.
Ryeowook moves from Kyuhyun’s side to pat and hug Sungmin who’s now crying even louder. His bunny head starts to get really wet from all of his tears.
“Yah, Siwon! Don’t make me laugh! I’ll be the one who wins because I’ll throw the dice myself this time.” Kangin moves to grab the dice from Yesung.
“But, Kangin-ah… even if you win, you’ve never been able to comfort him anyway because Eeteuk-hyung has always pulled your leash tightly and made you too busy to do anything for the rest of the night.” Yesung furrows his eyebrow, not in the least pleased about the fact that he can’t find anything wrong in the dice. “It’s such a waste when you won because none of us could touch Hyukjae even though he cried so cutely by himself.”
Eeteuk takes the dice away from Kangin’s hand and smacks Yesung’s head. “I never pull Kangin’s leash. I simply made him choose between wiping my tears and wiping other people’s tears. It’s not my fault if he chose me.” Eeteuk shrugs, secretly feels happy that it’s not Kangin who wins the draw. “And no re-draw. Kibum wins fair and square so stop whining like idiots and starts eating your breakfast.”
Kyuhyun just smirks amusedly at all the protests and the whines and the sobs and the yells and the smacks that take place in front of him because all of this is what always happens when the draw finished and this is why he always makes sure to be around at the day of the draw. Today too, all his hyungs doesn’t disappoint him and succeeds in giving him such a great entertainment.
Kibum gets up and walks toward the computer to turn off the game he played earlier and moves toward the dining room, smiling all the way. His mind is full with plans and imagination about what he’ll do and how he’ll do it. He makes a note on his head to remind himself to get Hyukjae-hyung to watch a very sad and touching movie the night before the award to avoid the same disaster Siwon had last time. He can already picture Hyukjae-hyung’s crying face and how Kibum will circle his own hand on his hips and pull him closer into his hugs and wipe his tears with his other hand. Although it won’t mean that Kibum actually want him to stop crying.
By the time Hyukjae, Shindong, and Donghae get back from their dancing practice, everyone is sitting around the dining table, eating their breakfast and everything is already under control, except for one thing.
“Why is Sungmin-hyung crying?” Hyukjae asked everyone in a worried tone.
But nobody takes initiative to answer him until Heechul, who already finishes his plate, gets up from his seat and puts his hand around the shoulder of confused Hyukjae.
“Oh, Lee Hyukjae...,” Heechul said and smirks, throwing meaningful looks towards some certain members in the room. “You’re such a cute boy with full of sins.”

A couple days later: The D-Day
“And the winner is… Super Junior!”
The crowds’ roaring and cheering as all members of Super Junior members make their way to the stage.
Kibum smiles even wider when he can see Hyukjae’s eyes is starting to brim with tears as they both walking side by side through the lines of clapping and congratulating celebrities.
It’s show time, Kibum thinks and he silently hugs Hyukjae from the side, fully ignoring jealous glares thrown to him from four pairs of eyes as he can feel Hyukjae leans gratefully into his arm.

Present time: The Day of the Draw, part 1
When the manager-hyungs told all Super Junior that there’ll be an award event in less than a week and there is a very high possibility for Super Junior to win one or two of the awards available, Super Junior’s peaceful dorm suddenly breaks into chaos. Starting with Siwon’s arrival very early in the morning where he directly goes straight to sit on one of two single sofas available in the dorm’s living room after Hankyung let him in.
“Hyung, where’s Hyukjae-hyung?” Siwon asks Hankyung.
“He’s gone to studio with Shindong and Donghae to practice their dancing like always.” Hankyung answers while walking back to the couch where he was sitting on before Siwon came. Heechul is sitting there too with sleepy looks. Once Hankyung settles himself back besides him, Heechul quickly moves to put his head on Hankyung’s lap.
“Good. Then we can start. Anyway, since I believe God is always with me, I’m sure I’ll win this one too for sure.” Siwon says smugly, knowing that everyone will understand what he means with ‘this one’, while trying to arrange his long legs to gain better position.
“You’ve won what? Five… or is it six times already?” Yesung pouts behind his mug of coffee. “Give us a break, Siwonnie.”
“But Hyung, it’s not my fault that God likes me better than you.” Siwon says defensively and folds his hands on his chest.
“Yeah, I bet God will be very thrilled when you use His blessing as a chance to grope and molest a pure and unsuspecting boy while pretending to comfort him, Hyung.” Kyuhyun who just walks in hand in hand with Ryeowook is suddenly butting into the conversation with his trademark sarcasm.
Ryeowook giggles when Siwon opens and closes his mouth and his eyebrows are all up and he looks very shocked. “I am not groping and molesting him!” Siwon squeals. “It’s just that… he feels so nice when I hug him and his sobs are so cute.”
Kyuhyun rolls his eyes when he sees Siwon’s expression turns dreamy.
“Oh, Siwonnie!” Sungmin chirps. “You describe it so well! I think I couldn’t agree more! He feels so good in my arms. Just like my bunny!” Sungmin lifts his bunny doll up in the air as if trying to emphasize his words.
In the corner of the room, on the chair in front of the computer, Kibum presses the pause button to his Star Craft and nods his agreement to what Siwon and Sungmin has just said. He’s not too sure about the bunny part though.
“Yah, Kyuhyun-ah!” Kangin yells from somewhere around the kitchen where he’s currently helping Eeteuk prepares some breakfast. “We’re not groping or molesting anyone. Don’t make Teukie-hyung here misunderstands! If there’s anyone whose hobby is groping or molesting someone in this dorm, it’s you.”
Ryeowook blushes and stutters when everyone in the room seems to agree with Kangin and throws a look towards him, “Wh…. Kyuhyunnie doesn’t molest me!” Then Ryeowook glances shyly towards Kyuhyun whose smiles now is all smug and unperturbed. “Besides, Kyuhyunnie is nice when I’m not being naughty.”
Everyone who’s watching those two feels a little shudder because suddenly all they can think of is how Ryeowook looks a lot like a little innocent lamb and how much Kyuhyun resembles a big bad wolf.
Poor Wookie, is what everyone has in mind as they turn their attention somewhere else before disturbing imagination about how Kyuhyun is nice to Ryeowook starts entering their mind.

A few years ago: The Formation, The Beginning
It’s the morning after they won their first award; almost all members were still sleeping on their own bed since they went to sleep very late last night, celebrating their victory by drinking and eating tons of their favorite samgyeupsal. But four of them were already awake and were sitting around the dining table.
Siwon (who spent the night before at the dorm), Sungmin, Yesung, and Kibum (the three members who always wakes up early) were eating their breakfast when Siwon suddenly said in a serious tone, “Sungmin-hyung and I have talked last night and we’ve come up with a very good idea.”
Sungmin nodded excitedly besides Siwon. “It’s a very great idea, you guys! Siwonnie is soooo genius!”
Yesung stopped stirring his coffee to look up at his two dongsaeng with curious gaze. Kibum didn’t say anything, only poured more hot sauce to his plate. But Siwon knew Kibum long enough to know that when Kibum doesn’t pay attention, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t listen. And Siwon could tell that he was curious as well.
“You know how Hyukjae-hyung cries so much after we’ve won the award yesterday, right?” Siwon asked with a grin.
Yesung nodded. Kibum spooned some scrambled eggs on his plate and eat it in a mouthful.
“Yes. He cried and he cried and he cried. Oh, Hyukkie was so cute last night!” Sungmin squealed.
Siwon waited patiently until Sungmin finish his flails before continued. “You saw me comforting him last night, right? I mean, not only on the stage but also at the restaurant.”
Yesung nodded again, this time while sipping his coffee. Kibum carefully cut a baked potato before slipping it into his mouth.
“Well, let me tell you something. Hyukjae-hyung is very compliant when he cries. I mean, I can swear he never let me hug or touch or hold him as much as I did last night.” Siwon sighed when he remembered how cute Hyukjae-hyung was when he embraced him inside his arms last night.
“It’s true, Siwonnie. I was so jealous of you last night.” Sungmin pouted.
Yesung gave Siwon a not so subtle glare, tried to show that he felt the same as Sungmin. Kibum’s brow was furrowed and he suddenly stabbed menacingly at a piece of sausage with his fork.
Siwon glanced nervously at Kibum’s fork before continued. “Okay, okay. I admit I was too selfish last night. I understand that everyone here adores Hyukjae-hyung as much as I do. That’s why Sungmin-hyung and I had decided to form a group to solve this problem.”
“What group?” Yesung asked.
“Well, you see, I bet Hyukjae-hyung will always cry if we get an award. He’s just so cute like that. That’s why, in this group, every time we’ll have an award event to attend, we’ll make a draw a few days before to decide who has the right to have the same privilege as I had last night. That way, everyone will have equal opportunities to comfort the cute and crying Hyukjae-hyung.” Siwon finished his explanation with a satisfied clap.
“See? See? I told you it is a very brilliant idea! I immediately agreed to join the group because if I win then I can hug our adorable Hyukkie as much as I want to!” Sungmin said happily.
“So,” Siwon leaned forward on the table and grinned. “Want to join us?”
A hand holding a glass of coffee and another hand grabbing a fork were quickly raised up in the air.
“I’m in.” Yesung and Kibum said in unity.
Siwon and Sungmin exchanged a satisfied glance.
“Count me in too.” Suddenly Kangin’s voice heard.
All four boys turned their heads towards Kangin who was standing at the doorway with a sleepy look.
“What?” Kangin said when four pair of eyes was looking at him as if he was crazy. “You all know that Hyukjae is my favorite dongsaeng. I just want to have a chance to comfort him as well.”
“But Hyung,” Siwon said. “Eeteuk-hyung will skin you alive if he knows.”
Kangin walked nearing the table so everyone can see his threatening glare clearly. “That’s why; none of you can say anything that will make Eeteuk know this. Understand?”
Everyone quickly nodded their heads at that and Kangin grinned.
“Good.” Kangin said. “I was just on my way back from the bathroom when I heard you guys. So now I’ll go back to sleep. You guys carry on and give me the detail later.” And then he was gone.
All four boys just looked at each other before finally shrugged and continued discussing their plan. It couldn’t be helped anyway.
It’s not their fault that a few days later Eeteuk found out about it when he caught five of them having one of their secret group strategy meetings in Yesung’s room.
Siwon, Sungmin, Yesung, and Kibum, huddled together on Yesung’s bed, were just staring amusedly when Kangin tried his best to give explanation to Eeteuk (“Hyung, it’s not like what you think.” and “But I’m just trying to be a good Hyung like you are.” and “No! I won’t try anything funny like that!” and “How can you say that? You know I only love you!”).
At the end Eeteuk gave his blessing to the formation of the group and, reluctantly, to Kangin’s membership because Hyukjae indeed needs someone to comfort him since I’ll be too busy crying with him too.
Although, later that night, all Eeteuk’s dongsaengs could hear Kangin kept grumbling and complaining about how this fucking couch is so fucking uncomfortable and I fucking bet I’ll get my fucking neck craned when I wake up tomorrow and How can he threw me out of the room just like that!

Some time in the past: The Group Name
“I don’t have time to care about what our group’s name will be. I’ll just leave it to you guys.” Kangin said when Siwon and Sungmin asked his opinion on the group’s name.
When Siwon and Sungmin asked Kibum, he just stared at them blankly and shrugged before resuming played his StarCraft game.
“Ah, I’m glad you are asking my opinion on this.” Yesung said happily when Siwon and Sungmin moved on to ask him. “Hmm. Let’s see…. How about this: ‘Lee Hyukjae group’? It sounds so simple and elegant, don’t you think?”
Siwon and Sungmin rolled their eyes while thinking that this kind of boring stuff must be the one that caused Yesung-hyung’s part to be cut so often when he appeared on TV Shows.
“I think we need to take this matter into our own hands, Sungmin-hyung.” Siwon said in a serious and concerned voice, as they finally made it to escape from series of Yesung’s horrendous name suggestions.
Sungmin nodded sadly from behind the bunny doll he was hugging, agreeing to Siwon’s words.
“Okay. Then here’s my opinion. Isn’t Hyukjae-hyung’s innocence and purity is one of the reasons why we formed the group? We are his knights in shining armor, Hyung!” Siwon exclaimed gallantly with gleaming eyes. “So let’s name this group: ‘Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors’!”
Sungmin wrinkled his nose and said, “Eeww, Siwonnie! That name is so not cute! I refuse!”
Ignoring Siwon’s offended expression, Sungmin continued. “Since Hyukkie is as cute as my cutie bunny here, I recommend ‘Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny!’ as our group name.” Then he nodded, felt satisfied at his own recommendation.
“But, Hyung…,” Siwon started to show the first phase of his infamous tantrum. “That whatever Bunny name is not cool at all! I object!”
Sungmin snorted and put one of his hands that wasn’t holding the bunny on his hips. “Who needs cool when you can be cute?”
By that time, Siwon was already in his full mode of throwing tantrum. “Ah, Hyung! Why are you like this?!”
In the corner of the room, Kibum reluctantly looked up from the computer and sighed at the sight of his two hyungs quarreling. He always thinks that words are often overrated and he finds talking is too much of a trouble. But he realized that he had no choice this time because if he wouldn’t do something about these two then he would never be able to play his game peacefully. Besides, Siwon-hyung (whose height is more than six feet with buff muscles and all that) was starting to look very disturbing to Kibum when he was throwing his tantrum like that. And he could also saw Sungmin-hyung started to hold his bunny doll in a very dangerous way.
“Hyungs!” Kibum interrupted in his heavy voice. Siwon and Sungmin paused to look at him because it was very rare that Kibum actually talk.
“Why don’t we just use both?” Kibum said.
Siwon and Sungmin thought about it for a while and glanced at each other. Well, Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group indeed sounds like a pretty decent name, though it’s a bit long. But they grinned anyway and both of them moved together to hug Kibum and thanked him for suggesting such a great group name before leaving him behind to inform this happy news to the rest of the group’s members.
Kibum smiled happily because now he could play his game without any disturbance.
By the time Kangin knew the official name of their group, it was already too late to do anything about it.

Some time in the past: The Right Tool
Five of them were in one of their secret meetings again. This time it was in Sungmin’s room.
“What are we going to use to do the draw?” Yesung asked.
All members looked deep in thought for a while, searching their mind to find the most suitable thing that could answer Yesung’s question.
Suddenly Kangin clicked his fingers. “I know! Why don’t we use the same big dice that we used to use to play games when we filmed Full House with Anya and Eva?”
All members seemed pleased and agreed to Kangin’s idea.
“That’ll be very great, Kangin-ah! We can plaster our own face’s picture on each side of the dice! I have this awesome photo of myself in which I look more handsome than usual.” Yesung said happily.
But then Siwon said, “Wait a minute. Doesn’t every dice have 6 sides? Our group only has 5 members. What should we put on the 6th side?”
Siwon’s question made everyone ooh-ed and aah-ed in agreement and soon they were deep in thought again.
“I know!” Sungmin said excitedly. “Why don’t we ask one of the other of Super Junior members to join the group with us?”
The rest of the members looked at each other. Sungmin’s idea made sense, but somehow they had a feeling that it won’t be a good thing to do, considering how unpromising some of the other Super Junior’s members were. Besides, Siwon, Kibum, and Yesung thought that Kangin is already bringing enough trouble for them as it was. What if someone scarier like Heechul-hyung or Kyuhyunnie decides to join their group?
“Well,” Kangin shrugged. “We can always put my picture in two sides.”
Siwon, Kibum, and Yesung threw away their doubts and immediately voted for Sungmin’s idea instead.

Some time in the past: Prospecting the Sixth Member
1. Heechul.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Heechul if he wanted to join their group, Heechul wrinkled his nose. “Why would I want to join such ridiculous group just so I can adore someone who is not as pretty as me?”
All members rolled their eyes secretly at Heechul’s answer. Well, they’ve predicted this much anyway and they were glad that Heechul refused in the first place.
“Besides,” Heechul continues while smiling his infamous ssukso. “Hannie is enough for me.”
2. Hankyung.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Hankyung if he wanted to join their group, Hankyung looked panic and stuttered in his lousy Korean, “No! No! Heechul is already too much for me!”
All members understood his pain and took turns to pat him in the back before leaving him to find another.
3. Eeteuk.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Eeteuk if he wanted to join their group, Eeteuk answered in a strict voice, “I can’t join you guys because I love all members equally.”
When he saw Kangin’s face darkened dangerously at hearing his answer, Eeteuk quickly corrected his answer, “Well, of course I love Kangin more, but the point is, a leader is not supposed to take sides. So, you have to find someone else. Sorry.”
4. Donghae.
“Why can’t I join the group?” Donghae pouted and stomping one of his feet to the ground.
“Even without joining our group, you already glomps Hyukjae all the time, Hae.” Sungmin explained carefully because Donghae throwing a fit is not a good sight to see.
Donghae stopped stomping his foot and thought about it. Soon, he smiled cheerfully and said, “You’re so right, Minnie-hyung!”
All Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members sighed in relieve. But not for long.
“Ooh, ooh! I have a good idea! Why don’t you guys form another group called Donghae-For-The-Bunny! or another name which is as cute as that? That way, you can also glomp me anytime!” Donghae suggested excitedly.
All members exchanged worried glances at this suggestion; because how can they tell Donghae without sounding very wrong and very improper that they really don’t have to put that much effort just to be able to get a piece of him?
Thankfully, Eeteuk came bringing a freshly baked chocolate cake and saved the day.
“Ooh! Cake!” Donghae squealed and his attention suddenly averted. All members quickly used this chance to flee the room.
5. Kyuhyun.
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members reluctantly asked Kyuhyun if he wanted to join their group, Kyuhyun just smiled and looked so amused that all members could feel themselves started to regret asking him.
“Sorry, guys. But Wookie is far more interesting to play with.” Kyuhyun said with eerie smile.
All five members can feel the hair on the back of their neck stood up as they watched Kyuhyun walked away. Siwon quickly prayed to God for Ryeowook’s safety.
6. Ryeowook
When Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members asked Ryeowook if he wanted to join their group, Ryeowook’s eyes got bigger. He frantically beckoned five of them to move closer to him so they could hear his whisper. “Shush, guys! Keep your voice down!”
All members threw questioning glances to each other because they didn’t get why suddenly Ryeowook looked so scared and kept looking around nervously.
“What is it, Wookie?” Sungmin whispered back to Ryeowook while hugging his bunny tighter because suddenly he felt scared too.
“Listen, I can’t join you guys. Because if Kyuhyun knows then he’ll be very mad to me and then he’ll tie me up again just like last night when…”
“Oh, God. I really don’t need to hear this.” Kangin cuts Ryeowook’s explanation with a shudder and quickly ran away from the room to avoid further damage to his brain with the rest of the members on his tail.
7. Shindong.
“No thanks, I prefer boobs.” Shindong said simply, didn’t once let his gaze off the soccer game he was watching on TV, when Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members minus Kangin (since that morning Eeteuk dragged him away for groceries shopping) asked him if he wanted to join their group.
His answer made the four members fell into silent because -save for Kangin-hyung who clearly doesn’t prefer boobs (with Eeteuk-hyung being boobs-less and all)- it’s not like they don’t, you know, prefer boobs too.
Right?
Although all of Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group members agrees that Lee Hyukjae is much more adorable and cuter and huggable than any boobs they’ve ever seen (though-minus Kibum who claims that he had seen every possible forms of boobs when he went to all those beaches in US-it’s not like they’ve seen that much boobs).
Didn’t want to delve further into confusions of their sexuality, all four members agreed to just leave Shindong be.
The failure in gaining the sixth member brought them back to square one.
So they all didn’t think much and just agreed when Siwon suggested putting a paper that said ‘All members are allowed’ on the sixth side of the dice.
But apparently this idea was proven to be the source of chaos because one time, after the draw resulted in the appearance of that problematic sixth side on the top, the audience (excluding ELFs whose squeals and screams only got even louder) of the awards events where they had won the award was breaking into whispers and throwing them weird looks because all of Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group members were fighting amongst themselves to be the one who stood closer besides Hyukjae who had stopped crying and was also starting to look at them as if they had gone crazy.
The other Super Junior members (minus Eeteuk who glared at Kangin who was pushing Yesung aside in his effort to hug Hyukjae) found this very funny and couldn’t stop themselves from burst out laughing.
“We really need to think of another things to put on the sixth side of the dice because Siwon’s idea is definitely a crap and totally unacceptable!” Kangin said angrily and glared at Siwon who chose that time to act innocent.
The group meeting they were having was declared by Kangin as an emergency meeting because after what happened in that award event, their managers made sure five of them were punished severely (Kangin found out that being forced to write ‘I am very sorry and I promise I won’t cause ruckus on stage ever again’ 500 times on paper was really not a fun experience) and Eeteuk once again threw Kangin out of their room. It caused Kangin acted crankier than ever that Sungmin almost cried and moved to hide fearfully behind his bunny and Kibum.
Under Kangin’s glare, no one said anything until suddenly Kibum sighed and said, “Hyungs, Why don’t we just change the writing into ‘No members are allowed’?”
Kangin thought about it a bit before agreeing to Kibum’s idea and left them to persuade Eeteuk to allow him to sleep on their bed again.
Yesung, Siwon, and Sungmin gave Kibum a very tight group hugs to thank him for saving them from Kangin’s wrath.

Some time in the past: The Bribery
It was easy to ask most of the non-members to cooperate with Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group and made them promise to never ever tell Hyukjae about the group’s existence. Sungmin even succeeded in persuading a few of those non-members to made pinky promise.
Heechul said that I don’t care enough anyway about your stupid group so why would I bother myself to even talk about it?
Hankyung was really nice and very understanding and don’t worry, I won’t say a word. I wish you all good luck, guys while Sungmin made him do the pinky promise.
Eeteuk just glared and said that haven’t I given my blessings to you all? Please don’t give me more headaches by asking such stupid things like this.
Shindong just shrugged and nodded and obediently made the pinky promise when Sungmin asked him to before got back to watch the comedy show on the TV.
Kyuhyun just looked at them as if they were stupid because you guys look so amusing and it’s been too long since I found something as funny as this so what makes you think I’ll do something to ruin the fun?
Ryeowook, followed by group member’s groans, said that if Kyuhyunnie doesn’t tell Hyukkie then I won’t tell too because Kyuhyunnie will think that I’ve been very naughty if I do something he didn’t tell me to do. The group members quickly left Ryeowook alone, except for Sungmin who was still trying to persuade Ryeowook to make pinky promise.
You see? The group members didn’t even have to resort into using Kangin’s threat to make them agree (which they thought wouldn’t work anyway because all members that are actually afraid of Kangin are all included in the group and “No, Sungmin. You heard it yourself earlier that Wookie is only afraid of Kyuhyun.”).
It was all a piece of cake.
Except for when it was time to ask for Donghae’s cooperation.
“Why can’t I tell Hyukkie about this?” Donghae asked. His face looked disagreeing as he was staring at all of group members who were gathering around him. “I always tell Hyukkie everything. He is my best friend and best friends don’t keep secret so I really really don’t like this at all.” He folded his hands to his chest and pouted to emphasize his words.
In the end, all of Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group’s members agreed to buy Donghae one Belgian chocolate cake he loves so much every day for a full week and a very expensive limited edition of The Mysterious Outer Space And What’s Out There photo book that Donghae had had eyes on for a very long time.
All members sighed in relieve when Donghae finally agreed to never ever say anything about the group to Hyukkie and he even made the pinky promise happily (“Oooh! I love doing pinky swear! Minnie-hyung, you’re so genius!”). Because all in all, it meant that Lee-Hyukjae’s-Purity-Protectors/Hyukkie-For-The-Bunny! Group was all set to start the group activity.

Present Time: The Day of the Draw, part 2
Eeteuk finally comes out of the kitchen, carrying a big bowl full of fried rice; Kangin follows behind him with a plate of scrambled eggs on his hand.
“Why don’t you guys just get on with it already so then we all can have our breakfast in peace?” Eeteuk said while arranging the plates on the table.
Siwon leaps off his seat and rubs his palm excitedly before taking his place on the floor. “Eeteuk-hyung is right! I can’t wait to do this, too. Sungmin-hyung, why don’t you go and get the dice.”
“Okay!” Sungmin said happily and quickly goes to his room.
Kibum leaves his computer to sit beside Siwon and Yesung also takes his final sip of the coffee before putting it on the table next to the TV and joining Siwon and Kibum on the floor.
Kangin gives Eeteuk a kiss on the forehead and grins sheepishly when Eeteuk just glares at him taking a seat beside Yesung.
Heechul lifts his head to sit up next to Hankyung who puts down the book he is reading and both of them watches the little circle their Dongsaengs make on the floor below them with mild interests.
“I’m coming!” Sungmin finally bursts into the room with the big dice in his hand and quickly joins the circle, passing Kyuhyun who is leaning on the wall with his hands folded on his chest, watching everything that’s going on with amused smile and high anticipation. Ryeowook stands next to him.
When everyone’s set in their place, Eeteuk moves forward to stand behind Kangin. He accepts the dice Sungmin gives to him with a sigh. “I still don’t know why I agreed to be the one rolling this ridiculous dice in every stupid draw you guys having.”
“Teukie, stop complaining like old granny and just roll it already before Hyukjae comes home and these stupid people cause more chaos.” Heechul snipes.
“I’m hungry.” Hankyung mumbles besides him, subtly agreeing to what Heechul said.
Eeteuk glares at those two but finally prepares himself to roll the dice properly into the air. When he finally does so, ten pairs of eyes follow the dice makes a few turns in the air before finally goes down straight on to the floor in the middle of the group circle. After wiggles and shakes a bit, the dice finally halts into a full stop. Everyone stares down at the dice’s side that appears on top and suddenly the room breaks into a full chaos.
“So it’s his turn this time.” Hankyung nods and goes back to his reading, while beside him; Heechul is starting to laugh loudly and says, “Kibummie, well done! I’ve told you before that today is going to be your lucky day!”
Siwon stares at Kibum’s face on the dice in disbelief. “How can this be? I even purposefully went to the church before coming here to pray for my winning.”
Sungmin starts to break into sobs while hugging his bunny tighter. “Oh, bunny… we’ve lost again. What should we do…?”
Yesung is busy checking the dice up and down while frowning and mumbling to himself. “There must be something wrong with the dice. There must be. It should be my face that appears. It’s been so long since my last turn, dammit!”
Kangin turns to Eeteuk with unsatisfied grunt and says in a serious tone, “Teukie-hyung. You really start to get old. Your throw is getting weaker and weaker these days.”
Eeteuk just smacks him hard on the head to shut him up. Twice.
Siwon’s protest gets stronger because although he won the draw the last time, it was a bit disappointing because Hyukjae wasn’t crying. This award will be one they’ll receive after a long time so Siwon firmly believes that Hyukjae will cries, a lot, this time. “Ah! This won’t do! Let’s do a re-draw! I’m sure I’ll win it this time!”
“God… you guys are so pathetic.” Heechul mutters and rolls his eyes before gets up to have some breakfast with Hankyung dragged behind him.
Ryeowook moves from Kyuhyun’s side to pat and hug Sungmin who’s now crying even louder. His bunny head starts to get really wet from all of his tears.
“Yah, Siwon! Don’t make me laugh! I’ll be the one who wins because I’ll throw the dice myself this time.” Kangin moves to grab the dice from Yesung.
“But, Kangin-ah… even if you win, you’ve never been able to comfort him anyway because Eeteuk-hyung has always pulled your leash tightly and made you too busy to do anything for the rest of the night.” Yesung furrows his eyebrow, not in the least pleased about the fact that he can’t find anything wrong in the dice. “It’s such a waste when you won because none of us could touch Hyukjae even though he cried so cutely by himself.”
Eeteuk takes the dice away from Kangin’s hand and smacks Yesung’s head. “I never pull Kangin’s leash. I simply made him choose between wiping my tears and wiping other people’s tears. It’s not my fault if he chose me.” Eeteuk shrugs, secretly feels happy that it’s not Kangin who wins the draw. “And no re-draw. Kibum wins fair and square so stop whining like idiots and starts eating your breakfast.”
Kyuhyun just smirks amusedly at all the protests and the whines and the sobs and the yells and the smacks that take place in front of him because all of this is what always happens when the draw finished and this is why he always makes sure to be around at the day of the draw. Today too, all his hyungs doesn’t disappoint him and succeeds in giving him such a great entertainment.
Kibum gets up and walks toward the computer to turn off the game he played earlier and moves toward the dining room, smiling all the way. His mind is full with plans and imagination about what he’ll do and how he’ll do it. He makes a note on his head to remind himself to get Hyukjae-hyung to watch a very sad and touching movie the night before the award to avoid the same disaster Siwon had last time. He can already picture Hyukjae-hyung’s crying face and how Kibum will circle his own hand on his hips and pull him closer into his hugs and wipe his tears with his other hand. Although it won’t mean that Kibum actually want him to stop crying.
By the time Hyukjae, Shindong, and Donghae get back from their dancing practice, everyone is sitting around the dining table, eating their breakfast and everything is already under control, except for one thing.
“Why is Sungmin-hyung crying?” Hyukjae asked everyone in a worried tone.
But nobody takes initiative to answer him until Heechul, who already finishes his plate, gets up from his seat and puts his hand around the shoulder of confused Hyukjae.
“Oh, Lee Hyukjae...,” Heechul said and smirks, throwing meaningful looks towards some certain members in the room. “You’re such a cute boy with full of sins.”

A couple days later: The D-Day
“And the winner is… Super Junior!”
The crowds’ roaring and cheering as all members of Super Junior members make their way to the stage.
Kibum smiles even wider when he can see Hyukjae’s eyes is starting to brim with tears as they both walking side by side through the lines of clapping and congratulating celebrities.
It’s show time, Kibum thinks and he silently hugs Hyukjae from the side, fully ignoring jealous glares thrown to him from four pairs of eyes as he can feel Hyukjae leans gratefully into his arm.
