"Dude, Sidney looks like the michelin man!"

So, Jess asked me to come with her to her newly aquired boyfriend's house. a.k.a. she was asking me to be her chauffer.

But I'm used to it. Out of our friends, I'm one of the few with a license. I just didn't think it'd take so freakin' long. That's what ticked me off the most. A) the directions sucked, so we got lost. B) this boy didn't even know where the hell he himself lived, so he was absolutely no help, whatsoever.

It just...frustrated me. So, I texted Liv all afternoon while Jess and what's-his-face did who-knows-what around the house. I didn't mind, I had Harry Dresden and what's-his-face's dog to keep my company. It was just so dang hot!

(haha, I'm betting crazy dana is bitching about me as she reads this. Because, apparently I'm just a horrible person, especially when it comes to boyfriends ;P Is it bad that the fact she reads these amuses me so?)

It didn't take us as long to get home as it did to get there. We ended up passing Heinz field and PNC Park on the way home (wtf?) and got caught in a seriously blinding thunderstorm. Really, I could barely see anything, I was so freaked out.

Anyway, I got home and was arranging the two giant frames I have. I decided to put the full page newspapers of when we cliched vs the Flyers, Capitals and 'Canes, and the two full page whatevers of when we won, and then the one from the parade.

I have a seventh one, and I think it seems only right that it gets its own frame. Now I just need to find one >_<

When I got home, me and my parents talked about the P-Kane situation. The more I think about it, the more I don't like it. And neither does my mum. I mean, as if Chicago didn't have enough strange press this summer, what with signing Hossa for a bagillion and five years, now one of they're superstars is a cab-beater? Lame.

Then, while we watched other random shows like the Golden Girls (don't judge! Tis my favorite :3) and SportsScience, me and mum were catching up on what some of the boys did with the Cup on their days.

I'm really probably more excited than I should be about the fact that tomorrow the HHOF website is posting what Fleury and Garon did with their days and the Cup :3 But I can't help it!!! Flower will forever be my favorite athlete! And...I'm such a goalie girl ;P

But me and my mum have also decided that Talbot is a Cup-creeper. He magically shows up on other people's Cup days and just...ends up joining in the festivities. I mean, since him and Flower are best friends, I bet he showed up on his Cup day (though, Fleury and Tanger went to his too...), I bet he showed up at Tanger's too. And, apparently, he was 'invitied' to freakin' Nova Scotia to chill with Sidney on his Cup day!

There's something fishy going on, Max! Don't think we haven't caught on!

Oh, and me and mum were making fun of Sidney's silly shorts as he handwashed the Cup :3 ahhh I love our geek of a captain.

Watched some show about the day Dale Earnhart died. I remember that day. I cried. Legit. I was...eight years old. And I cried like a baby.

Finished my letter to the Pens. It's three pages long >_< I need to edit it, though. Hopefully then, it'll get a bit shorter :3

Yea, I just put things behind cuts because...there's a whole lotta rambling up there :3
