My Daddy was in town for a Doctor's appointment, so he stopped by the office to take my Mom and I out for lunch. It was nothing spectacular, we just hit the Jiffy Grill (a quaint little diner), but it's always good to physically get out during the day ( Read more... )

I had almost completely forgotten about that until yesterday. Shamedly, I think it *may* have happened more than once.

Once you know you have a well-insulated dog house, the sky is the limit.

Well, in defense of our dramatis personnae, the farm near our house didn't have any animals (cows) until after the dog house incident. It was my Grandparents' farm, and when they moved to the city a guy bought it who used it as a working farm.

I don't even think we had any close neighbours then, it was just our house on the street.
