"Citizens of Japan:
In the days of the First World War, we were allies. The Japanese were a tremendous asset and ally, especially in the battles of the Pacific. In the Second World War, the friendship was broken, and the aftermath of years of a devastating war left many Americans and Japanese dead, and cities of Japan devastated. The reaction of the United States was to extend the hand of peace, and help rebuild those cities into the magnificent metropolises they are, today.
The United States, in the role that has been placed upon it's shoulders as 'leader of the Free World', has excelled in assembling coalitions.
In the Second World War, the United States helped assemble the Allies, fighting against the forces of death, racism and tyranny. They brought with them, freedom and liberation from those dark, evil forces.
In the First Gulf War, the United States assembled a coalition of states against the murderous dictator, Saddam Hussein. His invasions of other nations was put to an end, and, eventually, his murderous policies against his own citizens, years later.
In the War on Terror, a battle against the forces of world-wide terrorism, once again, the United States assembled a coalition of freedom-loving forces, dedicated to pushing back the tides of darkness and evil, the fare of terrorists.
Now, in the face of one of the greatest natural disasters to befall the nation of Japan, the United States is assembling yet another coalition: a world-wide coalition of forces to invade Japan, once again. This time, these forces will be bringing help, for those that are helpless. Clean water for the thirsty. Food for the hungry. Blankets for the cold. Shelter for the homeless. Protection for the frightened. Technicians and engineers for the nuclear incidents. Rescuers for the lost. Recovery for the deceased. Companionship for the lonely. The United States and the world will not stand idly by, while countless hundreds of thousands of Japanese suffer and die, in the event of earthquakes, tsunamis and volcano eruptions. The United States will be leading the charge, leading the way, to help the Japanese government help it's citizens. The United States of America, called by the great president Ronaldus Magnus, 'the Shining City on the Hill', is your friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. The thoughts and prayers of the American People go out to you."
What a fantastic speech by Barack HUSSEIN Obama.
Oh, wait a minute.
He didn't.
Instead of really doing a whole lot for a nation that has been a friend to us for decades, what's Obama been doing?
Aw: Obama finds new hobby
The blog Obama Foodorama reported this week that the president’s Super Bowl party featured a selection called “White House Honey Ale,” brewed right at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
The blog said the president and first lady Michelle Obama bought the equipment with their own funds (an aide did not specify when) in advance of serving it at the February Super Bowl party.
The “honey” part of the beer comes from Michelle Obama’s garden beehive. The beehive is also a White House first.

A more pathetic, weak president we'd be hard pressed to find (unless you talk to Carter). We've got Japan, still up in flames, and he's hard-at-work drinking home-made beer, while listening to his thoroughly unattractive ball-and-chain pontificate to us about overweight children (which I guess includes her own kids:
http://vikkisverandah.blogspot.com/2010/02/michelle-obama-discusses-her-overweight.html). We've got the Middle East damned near burned down, including renewed troubles in Iraq, and the NORKS working on new weapons capable of devastating the United States beyond true recovery (

Don't get me started.
Too late.
