I had a relaxed Christmas and it allowed me to almost forget things that are on my mind. It was so nice to see my sister again and I realise how much I miss her when she is Swansea ( Read more... )

Wow what a mega long post.

I hope the pain gets sorted out soon.

Talking about transition can be a challenge at first, but it gets easier with time (if you go that way).

I'm glad you saw yourself in a big mirror at the buffet, did you see why so many of us think you look so feminine??

I'm sorry to hear you were jealous of the other girls, and that your mum bought you boy stuff and gave you the 'son' card. If it upsets you then maybe you could tell your Mum how it made you feel? She can't see inside your head to see how you feel and knowing what she does she might be a little scared too do you think?

If you did come out to your friends and so on I suspect that many of them might say - "Oh we knew - it was just so obvious" :-) Remember that mirror??
The best reaction I had from a friend was "Oh is that what's wrong with you, would you like to see my new helicopter?"

Whatever way you go I'm sure you'll be just fine honey.

I know what you mean about doing the gentle changing thing and then when you start changing more and come out people will have this "ah-ha we knew something was up" moment that makes them less judgemental ( ... )

I got the 1001 albums book a few months ago. Mine has a different cover, looks like they released a new version just after I got it. I like it though.

Good luck with everything you mentioned. Having not transitioned I never know what to say, but I wish you well.
