No, that'd be a pretty good guess; what's a 'cell phone'? I know what a phone is, but where's the 'cell' part come in?

Well, the cell makes a regular phone more... portable? You can call people from wherever! And this phone lets you send texts and videos to people~ And it does something else, but I haven't figured out that last function yet...
