Do nightly scalp massages with a good oil, to help stimulate your roots.
Wear a plastic cap, then cover up with a satin cap, the heat will get your roots stimulated for hair growth(do this while you sleep, your natural body heat works wonders!).
This one is silly, but I used to do it. Lay upside down to get the blood flowing to your scalp better, I read that on a forum once. And the girl's hair was a nice BSL length if I remember correctly.
But, agreed. Healthy and strong hair, does equal hair growth and being able to keep the growth. Take care of your ends! ;) ..hope that helps
