im pretty sure.. it might be both but i know for sure that my mind is controlling my thoughts. more then emotions are or ever will be

Excellent! It's not very good to have your heart ruling your thought processes...

And I'll point out that our "heart" and "mind" are not mutually exclusive. Mt 9:4
