So, I decided that once I started living in my own apartment, I was going to become a vegetarian. It was just very hard and discouraging to do so when I didn't have control over my meal choices ( Read more... )

Congrats on everything! <3

I'm planning to do the same thing when I move out, or at least cut down to only chicken and fish. College has made me so tired of meat in general, and I have no idea how that happened. Though I guess not wanting to touch McDonald's food and the ilk ever again is a good thing. :D

It's really a lot easier than I thought it would be! I had pretty much stopped eating red meat anyway (why, I'm not sure... I just got tired of it 'cause it was nasty at school, I think). But chicken is like my favorite food EVAR, so I figured I would keep that. But I really don't miss it that much. Though, I won't lie, I DO miss buffalo chicken tenders... man, they are so good...

And I'm keeping seafood. I know that I'm technically not a text-definition vegetarian, but it's so good for you, not to mention delicious! :9

P.S. I was thinking about you the other day and wodnering where you'd run off to since I hadn't seen you post in a while. I think. Or maybe I just haven't checked in a while. :\

There's little choice in my school, really, unless you feel like walking all over the creation to find a different place to eat. And the prices? Augh, don't get me started. I think next semester that I really am going to start bringing my own lunches more often, and at least I get two days off each week because of how I worked out my schedule. So mucho money saving, hooah!

Seafood ftw!

I haven't been posting often, in fact. Since I'm not in school anymore, securing an internet connection is that much harder, alas. But I manage to get around to one every now and then, so it's not too bad. :)
