[The Malnosso took Noel not too long ago, and they finally returned her. The only issue was that Noel wasn't the age she was supposed to be, which meant that Noel taking care of her own puppy wasn't exactly something Ragna could ask for. Because of that, he was stuck with taking care of the dog himself. Which meant that he had to walk the puppy.
