I don't really know if someone would accept to leave and sleep with his rapist. You all turn it like Jared will win, because no one is blind, Jensen will finally forgive him at the end of the month...I was happy to see him stand out for himself and chase him away by nooooo he had to force him once again. It's not possible for him to love him if he inflicts so much pain on Jensen.
Lol. I really like your fic, but it's been awhile that I was looking for a fic like that (Jared rape or hurt Jensen) and Jensen leave for good...I think I'm going to continue my research, lol.
