Okay, I really want to lose a stone or two. I dont know how much I weigh and would rather not know cos I'll start becoming obsessive. That and I think its the measurements that really count, not the number you weigh. My boobs gotta weigh a stone each LOL

I hear you though, at the moment i'm following the 'too poor to eat' diet and it's depressing but it works. hahaha.

Anyway, I recommend the book "Cook Yourself Thin"...it's got LOADS of awesome, tasty recipes and you can build your own diet. Oh, and also then "Supersize Vs Superskinny" book is REALLY good for understanding what's in food and what fats/sugars are bad for you.
