SO proud of the team for going out on that floor and giving it everything they had. High bar was BEAUTIFUL, Jonathan Horton was on fire, Raj finally made his Olympic dream come true...
Most of all, I'm thrilled for Sasha Artemev. He's built up such a reputation as being a headcase in the past, and was originally only the second alternate for the team. He gets placed on the team at the very last minute. Then we get to team finals, and his only chance to perform the entire night is on pommel horse. Not only is pommel horse the team's last event for the night, but Sasha is the last athlete to compete for the team, period. His one and only routine to shine. And what does he do? He HITS IT. XD
