Ohh thank you *blush*. A lot of ppl likes my coloring but you are the first to ask about it *go and hide*.

I never done a tut so I will try to explain but ...

For #2 I used match color - color intensity at -100 and a dark blue layer on exclusion

for #23 I actualy used a stile from Photoshop one from Image efect ( I was out of idea *blush*)

For #31 ... that is a little more complicated ( a lot ) - Shadow/Highlight - Shadows at 50%, then I played whit a leves layer , then played whit a selective color layer and then put a dark blue layer on exclusion and after that played whit a hue/saturation layer

Well hope that helped ( I know that I was very precised for #31, but I don't remember exaclty *blush*)
