What’s next?

I finished the major edit pass on Devil’s Business last night, and turned it in to my editor, so now there’s only one Insurmountable Project between me and drafting my next novel.

Next Novel is Iron Codex III, and after that, I owe a 5th Black London book to my publisher.

Now, I’ve been planning and prodding and writing a synopsis on a new adult

I've been told that I need to keep writing in the same world for a while, but I seem to have the same problem as you, the whole having "the attention span of a six year old hopped up on pixy stix and coke". That was beautifully put, hahah.

I'm just not able to stay in one world. I have built so many others, and it's a constant battle for me to focus on one at a time. So instead I usually sit around with a lot of unfinished work at various stages. Sometimes I wish that I could just do one thing at a time, but it just doesn't seem feasible to me.

How in the world do you get anything finished like that? LOL. I know I need more discipline ... but it's hard not to put one thing down when the muse is clubbing you over the head and dragging you to another place!
