Well, over the last month we've been negotiating and such, and I agreed to mail him a signed picture on one condition. Send me the dollar amount we agreed upon, and willingly will I ship your package

Even I have to admit that it's somewhat creepy, especially when I saw that he was from Frisco. But what took the cake was when I asked him how he had discovered me.To which he noncommitally replied that he had been following me closely through folks that knew me. Wait, it gets better. He's supposedly sixteen! Things do not add up...I'm beginning to think that this may be someone I know...

Do you call a store saying you want them to send you product, and you'll pay them after you've used it and decide if you like it? If you want to do it right, send it to him COD. It costs you a little, but he won't get the picture until your money is in the hands of the delivery service.

Well if he fails to follow through, the product will be shipped back to you.. You'll only be ou t the shipping cost..
It's not what I'd do, but it is an option
