Dying to know how Bruce ends up solving his Timmy quandary!

As for what Bruce ends up doing...well, we'll get there soon enough.

It's sad but sweet that in Tim's sterile study environment (masquerading as a bedroom) he has the photo of himself with Dick to hold onto for comfort. I suppose he would be the first and last face Tim sees everyday, so it's no wonder that his hero worship has been built up.
I'm curious to find out how Bruce will approach the problem of Tim's living situation. Hm, and how he'll break the adoption news to Jason too.
Thank you for sharing this with everyone, it's a delight!

Tim is a strong kid. I think that he was very good at using the tiniest hints of affection to keep himself going. Hence how a single hug from Dick kept him going for years. And yes that lends itself to the massive hero-worship Tim has for Dick.
As for Jason's adoption and Tim's living situation, all will be revealed in good time, I promise.
Thank you for reading! I'm glad you're enjoying this story.

Don’t know enough to say whether the homes are an impressive alternate interpretation or just a good retelling of canon but I like the portrayal all the same.

As for the homes, it's a mixture of alternate interpretation and a retelling of canon considering that canon doesn't provide a lot of information. (It also doesn't help that the comics writers tend to underestimate how damaging of an environment they had Tim grow up in.) Either way, I'm glad you enjoyed the portrayal of their homes.
