Ooo. Stay classy, LJ.
So, SUP/LJ Inc posted a followup to their previous 10,000-comment wonder of a post about Live-Twit-Face. Their "resolution"? Well, sometime in the future, maybe two weeks or so, they'll set it up so comments on locked entries can't be crossposted. Pretty much what I expected, and one of the big reasons I decided to make the jump.
However, LJ's behavior afterwards has reached another low. ( a staffer reading through one woman's locked picture posts using staff privileges in order to post a nasty comment is probably the lowest so far)
Immediately, LJ staffer brenden started posting congratulatory comments. At almost the same time, a troll account, getyourownbitch started trolling the post pretty hard.
However, there was a bit of a slip-up that exposed brenden's sockpuppet. Oops. Good idea to scrub the login info first.
So, LJ staffers, after fun stuff like this to really build up trust, are now down to sockpuppet trolling. Smoooth.
