I think the only movie we've got in common for this year is "Iron Man", though there are a few other things on that list that I've seen in other years: X-Men 3 (and I agree with your assessment!), Spinal Tap, The Lady Eve, Princess Mononoke. And this reminds me, you loaned me a movie I should watch now that I have a little more time!

How many of those sf films did you see in their Mystery Science Theater 3K incarnations? Please don't tell me you watched The Creeping Terror or The Skydivers without Joel and the bots!

Good lord, yeah. I had MST3K box sets volumes 4 and 6. Notice I did not include "Mr. B's World of Shorts" on this list... it's not a full length movie, and technically I'm not even sure Mr. B counts as "film." :)
