thanks, the ID worked. it was a fake real ID. if that makes sense. it's me and it's a real ID, but the birthdate isn't right (it wasn't altered or anything though).

awww :\ well the lady told me to unplug the modem from the outlet, leave it for a minute and plug it back in. it worked!
