well 정색 means to deny, or to just kinda be oblivious to it. seungri's saying that his jokes aren't horrible, basically, and 정색 sounds like a color... cuz it has that 색 word in it. =/

It's more like 'Jo-ah-yo', and it really means 'I like [blank]'. 'Sa-rang-heh-yo' is 'I love you', which he says after. Or maybe it was a variation, I don't remember.
