the thing with adding people-

apparently its some kind of error thats only affecting some people, and not others. my friend does that tech supporty stuff, and it was really getting to him, but he loves a challenge. theres some kind of community you can post in if you wanna have someone try and fix it for you. :) good luck, dear.
