so the rent people add our water into our total rent, and then send us one bill.....well last month my roommate failed to tell me what i owed so, i didn't pay the extra $13.83 I should have, well the rent people told us about it and gwen yelled at me because i should have known the water for my half was $13.83.....and i wrote the check informed her
