Hm, this entry will just be like the others...

... still playing World of Warcraft ;)
Which means it might contain things that will be tough to understand if you don't know the game... but there are pics in there. :D
Let's start with some bla bla...
I've finished my quests for "Molten Core" & "Onyxia".
I did the Molten Core quest with a couple of friends (2 rogues, 2 druids and me... no warrior). The Onyxia one is one hell of a long chain quest as those of you who play WOW will know. Most hated thing probably is the whole Marshall Windsor escort from Blackrock Depths. I also did that with friends (1x druid, 2x mages, 1x warlock and me... once again no warrior). Was quite easy or maybe we were just lucky... then again the warlock is a pro-player. ;)
All that was left for the Onyxia quest was the damn blood of Drakkisath... which meant ugh going to Upper Black Rock Spire... oh boy... as a hunter I hate it. I have to kite the damn dragon away till the group has killed his 2 bodyguards. My first time in UBRS and my first kite was... well it sucked big time... the second time I went in there I managed to run away from Drakki... LOL. Last night I joined a random group which usually means everyone dies as random groups aren't organized most of the time... somehow we didn't. Did my job kiting him around... but forgot to feign death and died. *giggles* But the others put him down and I got the last item (Drakki's blood) for the necklace that allows you to enter Onyxia's lair.
Bla bla... so yeah that was fun for me and I bet half of you have no clue what I'm talking about. ;)
And there is more... I have already been invited to several "Molten Core" raids but as I'm a chicken I always declined. However this friday I will go ... with the best guild on my server ... so everything should be alright. *wibbles*
But there is also one hell of a funny story I want to tell. In this game I have met quite a few people that freaked me out. One stalked me... one even found out my telephone number so yeah... I'm not the most chatty person in the game because I'm a burned child and I usually don't do instances (dungeons) with people I don't know. Especially warriors seem to be the weirdos. ;)
Anyways... 2 weeks ago two girls from my guild and I wanted to go to Stratholme and we needed a warrior and a priest for that. So Cathy said she had a warrior and I was already hoping this guy would not turn out to be a freak. Cathy just said he's an amazing warrior and all epic so yeah I was kinda intrigued at that. Our random priest was also all epic.
Just when we had our group together our warrior got disconnected and managed to end up in the server queue (place 152 takes usually 30min before he can rejoin the server). I got that information via whisper from someone I didn't know. And when I told Cathy and Veri they went all ... "Huh? How come you know what happened to Asragon?" I just told them and they were all giggling (yesterday I found out the guy who whispered to me was his bro).
Anyway so we waited for our AMAZING WARRIOR as Cathy was going on and on about him. At this point I had no clue about the equip of a warrior bla bla. So yeah he finally turned up and we did our run. Went absolutely smoothly just as Cathy had predicted. Just in the end our druid and priest died but Cathy, Asragon and I survived. :p
And as we stood there waiting for the other two to come back I just took a glance at the warriors equip and I swear I about died. He's wearing the best weapon there is for a def warrior (Thunderfury) and his equip is just superb (T2 and 2 parts of T3 for those who play WOW).
I started to do a research on him after that... turns out he is the main tank of the second best guild on my server... and sheesh he goes to a low instance with us. There was no arrogance no nothing from what I heard via teamspeak. Was absolutely speechless that people like him do exist... most of the better players are arrogant assholes. Gah!
And no there is no Drac is in love behind this thing... the guy just turned 18.
But it's nice getting to know people that are as down to earth as he is. ;)
However there is more... 4 days ago I ran into Asragon again and I was suprised that he greeted me because I'm the sort of person who can't recall names of players I only played with once and as his flist must be filled to the brim with other players I was stunned. And then I found out that he also has a twink (second char) called Tikro (hunter) and immediately knew why he knew me... I saved his twinks life 3 times before. ;)
I was laughing so hard when I made the connection and realized that "Asragon the oh so mighty warrior" and "Tikro the sucky hunter" are played by one and the same guy. Mehehe. ;)
Oh yeah ... I'm shutting up now.. here have some pics...

He's the tiny guy with the big sword... oh boy yes there have been puns about that from Cathy and Veri while he was in "Stratholme" with us.
He and 11 friends did 2 bosses of "Molten Core" usually you do that with 40 people... depending on the equip of course.
There will be more pics and even vids of me playing my char. Veri has recorded us while were were in "Dire Maul". :D
I've also done PVP (player vs. player) for the first time yesterday. Boy, I was so wibbly but got told I did just fine. 22 kills in one go ... even killing rank 11 (14 is the highest rank in pvp) players. ;)
All in all I'm pretty happy... playing for three months and now will soon go to Molten Core and Onyxia... Black Lair Wing and Naxxramas are a far way ahead but I'm not aiming for that. All I want is my epic bow. *grin*
