Too much sleep

I have major sleep issues. I wake up at 3:30p.m. and then take a nap around 7p.m. because i'm still tired, and than wake up at midnight and go to bed at 6a.m. or 7a.m. So yea i have no idea what to do...i'm always so tired -_-

Maybe you should start taking a multi vitamen, it sort of helped me. It takes awhile of taking it for it to build up in your system and work. Also it could be out of bordom or depression? Have you been getting out of the house? I know when I wasnt in school I was the same way because I was SOO bored and when Im bored im depressed.

I think it's out of boredom. I'm gonna try and go out more. Do you remember Tashy (Natasha)? We are going to start hanging out on her days off since she lives in my area.
