Be safe, man -- especially be careful when the roads are wet. I saw a guy slip and fall on one of these things and thump into the side of a car once. (he was okay, but very lucky)

B. Is preferably a two layer jacket for summer/winter

Any suggestions?
I've also thought about maybe some kinda thin bright vest like what construction works use for going over the equipment that I already have.

If you're going to replace one of those pieces of gear, I would actually recommend the helmet first. The helmet will attract motorists' attention better than the jacket, I think. (But what do I know?)
