Wow, that doesn't sound nice....
I'm a little confused as to what sodium is (english isn't my mother tongue) - but if it is salt, you can always buy salt-replacement... I know it's possible here in denmark, looks like salt, tastes like salt - but isn't.

My favorites are the cookbooks by the American Heart Association - overall, there's healthy and tasty recipes in there. They otherwise go for low natural salt, or offer ideas on salt reduction/substitution. I bought a few when I was learning to cook in '08 and ate my way through a few dozen recipes that were better for me than most of the other stuff I stick in my pie hole ( ... )

I think you gave me one of these once before, just because I was trying to cut calories. But now I need them for a real reason! I wondered if you'd mention them. Thanks! I will add those to my Amazon wishlist! :)
