So, what the fuck, the environment has had 1.5% (why can't you capitalise numbers? HUH?) coverage in the media this year, DOWN FROM the past two years? Source. Oddly, when it comes to mental disorders, I think that you should only access medical help when the problem becomes to much for the individual to deal with on their own, or with help from friends. I have a friend with OCD and she has finally reached a saturation point and she cannot progress, only regress, so has seeked medical advice. Which is pretty decent really. I think depression is similar, and as personal. Depression, for the most part, can only affect the singular. Once it begins to affect your physical life, your ability to interact, your ability to work or be self-sufficient, then it becomes a medical necessity to seek advice and, no doubt, therapy and drugs. Until that point, I, in my self-contained way, think that it is of no consequence to your work and ability to work, and thus irrelevant to your form. Voila?!

P.s. will reply to your lj message asap.

also, those US stats on environment in the media is pretty piss poor. Even Waitrose get on the bandwagon over here. I hope the UK is better, I really do.

Yeah, I think I'm going to put that I have suffered with depression but it's not relevant to my situation now. I think I'm still afraid of how society sees people who 'think' they are depressed, and also the levels and variations are far too much to go into in the tiny box on the application form! 'Well...let me start with my childhood...'
