soooo...it was my shampoo and not kristin's brush that was fucking up my hair. i guess i shouldn't go besmirching people's good names before i have all the facts. however, kristin WAS the one who told me to buy said shampoo cuz she told me that shampoos for dry/damaged hair aren't any different from other types...and she was LYING
