Indie games and Stardust :)

While I wait for some code to run, I thought I might briefly update :)
Last night I finally got round to watching Stardust. Totally awesome. I deeply regret not seeing it sooner :) Also the Prestige, awesome but reminds me of many a philosophical discussion about the horrors of star trek :P

Last night on a whim I played the free game Battleships

Hmm not any suggestions that you haven't already played. You've played escape velocity nova yes? If you haven't that'd be the one I recommend.

Yeah sins looks kinda cool, but not enough to temp me to it right now :P I had a brief mess about with stardock's galactic civilisations 2 but it didn't really hook me. One day I hope to find a worthy suscessor to moo and moo2 :P

Yeah life is pretty good, just got a 3 month extention on my thesis which gives me some very welcome breathing room :) Proberbly going to do some more tutoring for my last bit of time here, cash being usefull and all. :P

:) yes I did indeed get a brief opportunity to meet your girl while in wellington actually, she seemed pretty cool :)

Ewww real job :P then again I guess real money might conceivably have its uses :P
